This wine is just plain fun. We like it chilled, at any time of day, with food or without. The combination of whole cluster fermentation and slight carbonic maceration results in a mystical elixir that dances on the tongue. This wine is perfect for the transition from winter to spring.

Rich black fruit notes with high acid to lift and brighten each sip. This wine is a little wild and a great reminder not to take life (or wine) too seriously.

VINIFICATION

The Mourvèdre was whole cluster fermented with Petite Syrah juice added on top. No cap management so the berries started fermentation in a carbonic style.

GOES WELL WITH

Roast chicken, fish, charcuterie, and spicy foods.

You would never know it's from a can!

I tried the lighter, sparkling wines, which I liked, in the summer. However, my favorite wines are red. I knew I liked mourvedre and syrah/petite syrah, so I thought I'd try this one. I love it. I have been so happy with the portion sizes as I live alone and don't usually finish a bottle by myself in a week. It's too bad it is limited edition. I hope they keep it around!

No, unfortunately, the government will not allow us to. Someone 21 or over will need to be present with a valid ID to sign for the wine.

We ship to all states with the exception of Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, and Tennessee.

We specifically reduced the amount of coloring used on our packaging so they meet recycling standards. Our cans are also recyclable yes even our label. We are however working on printed cans we know this is better for our mother earth :)
