For the warm months, we wanted to make a wine as refreshing as dunking your head in cool water. Something light enough to day drink and as brisk as lightning. Dare I say - we’ve overachieved with this wine? It explodes with fresh pink grapefruit and tropical fruits while still retaining that “just found an oasis in the middle of the desert” vibe.
All grapes whole cluster pressed together to settle, then racked to stainless to ferment cold.
Oysters, ceviche, salads (especially with tangy dressings), grilled vegetables, Thai curries, and tacos.

Sauvy B Spritz is deliciously crisp, refreshing and bright with flavors of tropical fruit (and amazingly, perfectly clear in color). It is an anytime summer beverage and I've been drinking mine with alfresco dinners of fresh garden vegetables and ceviche. It's also the perfect companion for a dash of Aperol or Campari if you're into the occassional Sprtiz.. I purchase every limited edition wine Nomadica makes, I don't even think about it, I just click. They are always exceptional!

No, unfortunately, the government will not allow us to. Someone 21 or over will need to be present with a valid ID to sign for the wine.
We ship to all states with the exception of Mississippi, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, and Tennessee.
We specifically reduced the amount of coloring used on our packaging so they meet recycling standards. Our cans are also recyclable yes even our label. We are however working on printed cans we know this is better for our mother earth :)
