Tomato & Tuna Pasta 🍅🐟

Ingredients:
Favorite pasta noodles from Flour + Water
Manouri goat cheese
Ciliegino Cherry Tomatoes on the vine
Green bell pepper
Garlic
west~bourne pure Avo oil
Fishwife albacore tuna in olive oil
Salt and pepper

How to:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F
Lay tomatoes and garlic cloves in a small deep baking dish. Cover with west~bourn pure Avo oil + salt and pepper. make sure there is about a half inch of oil in the bottom of the dish. Roast for half an hour.

Take out and let cool.
Boil pasta noodles as directed on box in a large pot. Once noodles are done, strain, and set aside.
In a pan heat a tablespoon of pure Avo oil. Chop bell peppers into small cubes and cook in pan until soft but not mushy.


In the pot you used to boil the noodles mix noodles, bell pepper, tinned fish, Manori cheese together. Pour some of the oil from the tomato pan into the pot with everything and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Add mixture to a serving dish. Lay tomatoes on top.

Pair with Nomadica Boxed White and enjoy!
