Cooking with Nomadica — Pineapple Char Siu Salmon

He trained under Joseph Centeno and was mentored by Mark Peel and focuses on healthy, seasonal California cuisine. 

Pineapple Char Siu Salmon


1 lb Salmon
3 tbs Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ sauce
1 tbs Honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsb Pineapple juice
Slices of pineapple


Mix char siu, honey, soy, and pineapple juice together.
Brush glaze on salmon and add one slice of pineapple on top.
Bake 400 degrees for 6 minutes, then broil for 4 mins [basting occasionally (optional)
