Chef Chris Lu is a Taiwanese-American chef and consultant based in Los Angeles. After years of training in restaurant management and operations, he transitioned full time to the culinary arts. He trained under Joseph Centeno and was mentored by Mark Peel and focuses on healthy, seasonal California cuisine.
Pineapple Char Siu Salmon
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Salmon
3 tbs Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ sauce
1 tbs Honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsb Pineapple juice
Slices of pineapple
DIRECTIONS
Mix char siu, honey, soy, and pineapple juice together.Brush glaze on salmon and add one slice of pineapple on top.
Bake 400 degrees for 6 minutes, then broil for 4 mins [basting occasionally (optional)
